Ronald Carter Jr. is an award-winning visionary operations executive with extensive
experience in managing diverse projects and programs in both government and secular
sectors. With a focus on business development, economic and human resource
management, and public housing, Ronald has a proven track record in leadership,
strategic planning, and public service.
