As CEO of Safe Passage Transit from 2011 to 2022, Kelly transformed a single-driver operation into a regional non-emergency medical transportation broker serving Illinois, Indiana, and Michigan. He implemented innovative logistics software similar to Uber and Lyft, revolutionizing scheduling, dispatch, and billing processes to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Kelly also developed comprehensive staff training programs that ensured consistent service quality across multiple locations. In addition to operating Elect Inspections, Kelly serves as a Business Advisor with the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program. In this role, he has provided strategic guidance to over 100 companies, with a focus on customer service, operational efficiency, and leadership development.
